MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic French and Italian Speaking Customer Lifecycle Management Advisor to join our team in Rome.

 

The Role

 

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries and communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

 

  • Retaining and supporting the final customer;

  • Interfacing with the automotive house and dealers, guaranteeing constant and accurate updating;

  • Ongoing monitoring of assigned objectives;

  • Taking required corrective and improvement actions agreed with the supervisor;

  • Interfacing with customers from local market according to the required languages.

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Interpersonal skills;

  • High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
  • Language skills: Italian; English; French C1 is a must.
