SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations relating to used car sales, Restricted Sales Agreements (RSAs), vehicle donations and vehicle giveaways.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Assists with processing and execution relating to used car sales, RSAs, vehicle donations and vehicle giveaways.
  • Communicate with employees, affiliate employees and family members as well as dealership personnel coordinating RSA, vehicle donations, vehicle giveaways and used car sales.
  • Manage a small fleet of vehicles that are offered for sale and off lease vehicles.
  • Support the Manager, Vehicle Administration with special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Client and/or MSXI Account Manager
  • Monitors and tracks RSA return dates until vehicle disposal

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of automotive administrative background is preferred.
  • Worked in an automotive/dealership sales environment for minimum of 12 months is preferred.
  • Experience with database management is a plus.
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook is required.
  • The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and their applications are required.
  • Job requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

 

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Call, video, email, message and communicate with co-workers.
  • Carry sizeable amounts of paper documents and materials.
  • Organize and archive information both physical and electronic format.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • On-site, client-based office environment located in Fountain Valley, CA.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Monday – Friday; one (1) shifts available to cover west coast tasks, with supplier and supervision coverage as follows: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST

The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $31.00 to $34.00 hourly based on current experience.
