Title:  Express Service Trainer - Northeast Region

 The Trainer is responsible for meeting training needs of clients and internal associates in the organization across the nation using blended learning, classroom learning and virtual learning delivery methods with the support and guidance from the Instructional Designers and Senior Trainer.  The Trainer is responsible for the internal development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training activities across the nation. The Trainer collaborates with associates at all levels and multiple disciplines across the organization. 



  • Conducts client training and educational programs, on-the-job training, and colleague orientation 

  • Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations, employee participation and eLearning records 

  • Encourages participation and builds learner motivation during classes 

  • Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials with guidance from the Training Manager and the Senior Trainer 

  • Gathers, analyzes, and discusses colleague training needs and identifies trends with Training Manager 

  • Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials with guidance from The Manager and the Senior Trainer, including train-the-trainer sessions and training sessions with external vendors 

  • Ability to work with guidance, exercising judgment and initiative in carrying out training activities that support and enhance client goals and colleague skills 

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently across the nation in tasks as needed 



  • Bachelor's degree highly recommended 

  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in a training capacity or equivalent experience 

  • Previous presentation and training skills 

  • Competent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office 

  • Preferred: Experience in Customer Service or Technical Sales 

  • Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity) 

  • Professionalism and takes direction well; organized, displays sound judgment, has solid problem solving, and critical thinking skills 

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Team player, results oriented, flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations and engages in collaborative goal setting 

  • Time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up, with other responsibilities and meets deadlines)
