Are you an automotive fan? Are you an experienced and dynamic Field Consultant? MSXI has the job for you!

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Automotive Field Consultant to join our team in Italy.

The Role

As a Field Consultant, your role is to support and collaborate with a network of dealers in achieving their goals, while also driving growth through regular visits and strategic consulting. You will serve as the primary contact for dealers, offering both commercial assistance and expert guidance, ensuring business success as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs).

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Field Consultant has excellent communication skills and is also familiar with the market. Your key tasks will be:

• Implementing action plans and updating on status of each dealership;
• Propose project improvements (new implementation tools and activities, training material, etc.);
• Provide coaching ‘hands-on’ support at all levels to initiate action plan – data analysis, process implementation, sales coaching, customer and opportunity management
• Filling KPI reports daily and monthly

Requirements:

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field and oriented to achieve sales results. Our ideal Field Consultant has a degree in Economics or Engineering, as well as:

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in commercial roles for automotive industry is a great plus
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office
• Italian knowledge on a business level
