MSX International is looking for a talented Aftersales Service Delivery Executive to join our busy BMW team in our client’s site, Farnborough.

The Role

This role supports the field-based members of our team with creating and preparing reports and presentations for retailer meetings and online live update calls to the network. Additionally, the Aftersales Service Delivery Executive is accountable for supporting the retailer network with queries and supplying information via telephone and email, ensuring customers receive excellent service.

 

Using your passion, technical skills and knowledge, as an Aftersales Service Delivery Executive you will:

  • Create reports and presentations in a timely manner;
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence;
  • Act as the first point of contact for Retailers;
  • Act as a conduit between Retailers and the client;
  • Complete tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client;
  • Build and manage relationships with customers;
  • Ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times.

About you

We are looking for an Aftersales Service Delivery Executive with an embedded passion for the automotive industry.

Our ideal candidate will have great organisational and time management skills as well as:

 

  • Experience working with Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
  • Experience of creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Good Automotive Aftersales knowledge (desirable)
  • Good Retailer network knowledge (desirable)
  • Knowledge of business metrics and KPI’s
