Title:  Reporting & Marketing Analyst

MSXI UK is growing! As a result, we are now looking for a Reporting & Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will coordinate and support the Programme Manager whilst managing various internal and external composite data sets, to identify and prioritise parts sales growth opportunities at National and Retailer levels in the automotive industry.



In this role You will:

  • Monthly Reporting & KPI Monitoring – Creation, collation and distribution of management reports for NSC key stakeholders, AG & MSXI Central Management to monitor all KPI’s as required by the Programme and the Programme Manager in a timely manner. Campaign reports, Team reporting and rewards analysis as required.
  • Analysis of data, identifying key opportunities for parts sales growth at both National and Dealer levels.
  • Collect and provide market intelligence and analysis to assist formulation of current and future parts sales strategy
  • Assist in the building of  MSX programme tools, ensuring ongoing correct usage and fit for purpose
  • Direct communications link between programme activity and client management
  • Attend and contribute to regular programme meetings
  • Ensure effective communication and feedback at all times with: Head Office, MSX Programme Management and MSX Support Functions
  • Research - using all available data sources, research relevant products to surface in national and local campaigns
  • Creative - marketing plan and calendar in collaboration with Management Team at RLA Group
  • Financial objectives - provide clear business case ROI, manage PO process
  • Internal sales - to key stakeholders and Trade Team.  Production of collateral for Retailers & IMT customers
  • Marketing intelligence – advise local client and the global management team take appropriate action
  • Management of power point presentations & client marketing to management of outsourced marketing team relationship, managing profitability, process improvement, financial planning and strategy, dealing with complexity analysing information and performance management .


As our ideal candidate, You will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within in role where they have used large data sets to provide business insights. An understanding of the automotive aftersales market would be beneficial.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects at once
  • Expert knowledge of business/product sales data, ability to analyse and identify issues
  • A good knowledge of DMS systems is preferable, advanced MS excel required.
  • Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Strong organizational  and time management skills



Working Pattern and location:

  • 40 hours per week (Monday –Friday)
  • Based at Farnborough office

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
