The EV Hybrid Systems & Cummins Repair Specialist will be based out of the Southeast Michigan and will be focused on buyback reduction actions. He/She will provide identification of the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle/Cummins issues and lift roadblocks that prevent the vehicle from being repaired.

 

The EV Hybrid Systems & Cummins Repair Specialist will “plug” into the Tech Advisor ecosystem as it exists today and work closely with all stakeholders to reduce buybacks by ensuring that the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle/ Cummins are focused on in key markets.

 

The EV Hybrid Systems & Cummins Repair Specialist key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Project management, leadership experience and the ability to bring various stakeholders together to fix specific issues.
  • Have the capability to identify the Top 5 impactful issues to be reviewed with Customer.
  • Provide weekly progress and status reports.
  • Motivate internal and external stakeholders to improve process, deliver solutions, and achieve expected results.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity of Stellantis products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional and handle challenging situations and while adapting to changes in products and policies.
  • Ability to work well with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Ability to manage disagreements and resolve disputes between team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous while delivering results.
