For the area of customer satisfaction, we are looking for competent Customer Service Representatives with Flemish, Dutch and French language skills for the front office of aspiring electric car manufacturer in the premium segment in Dietzenbach.

 

There is no classic call center waiting for you! Individual customer contact and excellent service are very important to us. This is also reflected in the working atmosphere.  Become part of a team of specialists.

 

Your tasks

You are the first contact for all customer and prospect inquiries of aspiring electric car manufacturer in the premium segment on the Belgian market. You provide expert advice on product information by phone, e-mail or mail or help to arrange test drives. You will handle all inquiries with confidence, using the latest technology and with a strong service orientation. Customer satisfaction is your main goal when handling complaints and finding the best possible solution.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial training or studies
  • Very good written and spoken Flemish, Dutch and French language skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Several years of experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive trade
  • We require a high level of service orientation, a personable manner, and a good way of expressing oneself
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on weekends
