Master Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs (product, service, sales, and soft skills) for frontline personnel in the HCV domain.
• Undertake rigorous, ongoing content development aligned with market trends, product updates, and business priorities.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and market intelligence on a daily basis; integrate findings into training content for field relevance.
• Ensure timely dissemination of competitive insights to all regional teams and participants.
• Manage and mentor a team of Regional Trainers across North, South, East, and West zones, ensuring alignment in training delivery and content.
• Drive training penetration across all regions, focusing on underperforming areas and deploying corrective measures using provided tools and strategies.
• Monitor and report region-wise training percentages, attendance, engagement levels, and outcomes.
• Conduct periodic reviews with regional trainers, ensuring consistent delivery and performance improvement.
• Submit weekly performance dashboards and progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute 21 days of training per month as per the client’s mandate.
• Adhere strictly to a 6-day working week schedule.
• All travel must be conducted at night as per client directive to maximize training efficiency.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and deliver targeted interventions based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Leverage modern training methodologies and digital tools (LMS, e-modules, virtual classrooms) for enhanced delivery.
Desired Profile:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership training role in the HCV or broader automotive sector.
• Deep knowledge of HCV technologies, dealership operations, and customer service standards.
• Strong skills in instructional design, technical writing, and training facilitation.
• Hands-on experience in managing a regional training team and tracking performance metrics.
• Proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
• Certification in training delivery or instructional design (e.g., TOT, NLP) is a strong advantage.
• Must be open to extensive travel across India, exclusively at night as per client requirements.
