Title:  Warranty OWS Production Specialist

Summary

The position’s primary responsibilities include being the Product Owner Specialist for the warranty claims application and conducting quality control testing.

Responsibilities

• Prioritization of items to upcoming code releases; works in conjunction with the Product Managers
• Lead quality control testing of the following items to ensure requirements have been met:
  • Defects
  • Change Requests
  • Software, application and interface updates and changes

• Work with regional Business SMEs, IT and others as necessary to ensure the proper   functionality of Warranty Application
• Provide approvals to proceed after thorough review of the testing evidence by IT and Business SME’s
• Manage workload to support monthly code releases as well as interim/special code roles
• Manage inquiries on status and progress
• Attend related meetings

Skills and Experience Required

• Deep experience in OWS Application, Ford Warranty Claims Entry & Processes
• Proficiency in quality control testing is desired
• Execute test scenarios or understand the general process of good quality control testing processes (e.g. unit, system, integration, regression, load & performance and user acceptance testing).
• Knowledge and understanding of dealership warranty processes
