Summary
The primary role of the Quality Coordinator is ensuring business process flows and desk procedures are documented, updated and followed.
Job Responsibilities
- Documenting business process flows
- Documenting detailed desk procedures
- Developing standardized training plans
- Creating training materials and operating manuals as needed
- Developing, implementing, auditing desk procedures
- Developing, implementing, auditing of work processed
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
- Making recommendations for improvement to work process flow
- Communicating with other team members and Management to solve problems
- Follow with the appropriate channels when non-compliance action is found
- Documenting and maintain asset acquisition: physical assets as well as access requests
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Process flow software
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Decision-making skills
Required Education
- High school diploma/GED required
- Degree preferred
