Summary

The primary role of the Quality Coordinator is ensuring business process flows and desk procedures are documented, updated and followed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Documenting business process flows
  • Documenting detailed desk procedures
  • Developing standardized training plans
  • Creating training materials and operating manuals as needed
  • Developing, implementing, auditing desk procedures
  • Developing, implementing, auditing of work processed
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
  • Making recommendations for improvement to work process flow
  • Communicating with other team members and Management to solve problems
  • Follow with the appropriate channels when non-compliance action is found
  • Documenting and maintain asset acquisition: physical assets as well as access requests

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Process flow software
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
  • Decision-making skills

 

Required Education

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Degree preferred
