The Role

MSX International is looking for a Dealer Standards Auditor to join our busy team at VW in Milton Keynes.

The Dealer Standards Auditor will support projects across the VW brand, with the primary focus on the assessment of Dealership compliance with Brand Standards.


As our Dealer Standards Auditor you will:

  • evaluate selected dealerships using VW standards checklist
  • collate evidence and examples of non-compliance or Best Practice
  • identify on-going actions and areas for improvement with a clear action plan and how to implement these goals
  • provide process improvement suggestions and best practices to the PM team with a view to sharing these across the other coaches
  • support questions and queries that arise from the network regarding the areas of improvements
  • monitor improvement and completion of action plans
  • guide Dealership through audit process and findings
  • ensure all action plans and visit reports are uploaded to VW system in a timely fashion
  • self-manage diary and journey schedule in line with audit deliverables
  • work to KPIs for achieving set number of audits / follow up activities / write ups
  • attend various internal program update meetings with PM to provide feedback and delivery updates
  • support performance improvement in terms of presentation, people, processes, and customer experience
  • ensure that guidance and best practice is provided to Dealership staff to facilitate a culture of continual improvement


About you

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great knowledge of all areas of Dealer operations, preferably gained at a management level. Our ideal Dealer Standards Auditor will have a good understanding of service, parts and Bodyshop processes and procedures, as well as:


  • working knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements
  • working knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 assessments
  • the ability to manage change and meet programme targets and KPIs​
  • self-sufficient, self-starter with high quality administration skills
  • be an excellent communicator
  • have an analytical and thorough approach
  • be a self-sufficient, self-starter with high quality administration skills
  • be PC / iPad literate (MS Office)
  • be focused with excellent attention to detail

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Bristol base with audits around South Wales and the South West
