Title:  EV Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Are you an automotive sales professional and do you have extensive experience with Electrical Vehicles? Do you have the skills to sell your EV concepts to decision makers? Would you like to be part of a team of automotive experts? Then this may be the opportunity you’re looking for!


As EV Senior Sales Manager, you will be leading the company’s growth by expanding the EV business across all our OEM Customers. One of your main responsibilities will be to grow the business of MSX in the area of EV by offering the best EV solutions to our OEM Clients.

Collaborating with existing teams, you will create comprehensive service offers that our OEM Customers will use to optimize the transformation process. You will provide them solutions to grow their EV sales and customer satisfaction.


This position will suit you best if you are an automotive expert, who knows the ins and outs of the issues and solutions within the EV sales market. If apart from these, you gained experience in developing EV sales concepts and managing Stakeholders on high level, then don’t hesitate to apply!


Day to day acitivity will include

  • Push the sales discussions and manage the pipeline until conversion
  • Lead the sales process to achieve the revenue targets
  • Develop proposals, which are scalable and bring a “win-win” situation for the OEM Clients
  • Define a comprehensive “EV Transition” Road Map
  • Train Sales and Account Teams in “EV Transition” solution offering
  • Develop proactive “EV Transition” proposals for clients


Characteristics for succeeding

  • At least 5 years of experience in the area of Electrical Vehicles
  • Deep EV knowledge (charging, battery management, customer service)
  • Experience in developing and selling sales concepts
  • Vast experience in EV coaching
  • Solution Development and Solution Sales Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluency in English and preferably German or French
