We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, and dynamic organization. As a key member of the European MSX CX team, we are looking for an experienced automotive professional with a passion for increasing Customer Satisfaction and achieving Operational Coordination efficiency.

 

 

 

The Role

 

The CX Project Manager will work with one of the biggest car brands worldwide to organize, prepare and participate in weekly reviews with the European team. You will also follow up with local stakeholders on the performance and progress of the project implementation based on the reports and dashboard data monthly.

 

As part of this role, the CX Project Manager will:

 

  • Participate in the annual NSCs meetings for re-enrolment process and new enrolments (launch meetings)
  • Have weekly touchpoint meetings with the European stakeholder
  • Manage monthly review with the consultants (feedback and follow up)
  • Manage the utilization of the tools (MSX) to support the work for entire team
  • Be responsible for budget and P&L
  • Manage implementation of any additional request/concept/strategy (like e-learning)

 

About you

 

Our ideal CX Project Manager has several years of experience in the automotive industry, in-depth knowledge of processes in the automotive trade, especially retail. The CX Project Manager will also:

 

  • Have a proven track record in Project/Program management – coordination and ownership of projects, following them through from start to finish (preferably 3-5 years of project management experience).
  • Have solid familiarity with project/change management approaches, tools and phases of
  • the project lifecycle.
  • Have the ability to lead multiple low /medium complexity projects or portfolio of projects
  • Have strong commercial focus and prioritization skills
  • Be able to translate business needs into business opportunities which can be executed in small steps, and prioritize them according to business value and impact.
  • Be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure
  • Have a good understanding of how OEM, NSC, Dealerships works

 

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must have a full driving license and be flexible to accommodate overnight stays.

Working pattern and location

 

  • Full time (Monday – Friday)
  • Based in Europe (UK, Italy, Germany, France)
  • Hybrid - 50% home office 
  • Travel to Cologne on monthly basis
  • Additional travel to previously mentioned countries on regular basis (every two months, or as needed - fully expensed)
