 Assist GM Containerization Expendable Claims and Container Audit Teams to oversee process flow and employee administration. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 


  • *Review and approve MSX staff time and vacation schedules. 

  • *Prepare weekly customer status updates 

  • Weekly Performance Charts 

  • Weekly Status Report 

  • Daily employee tracking report 

  • Monthly Metric Charts 

  • Weekly Container Audit Schedule 

  • *Expendable Claim Process Audits by Employee 

  • *Provide Performance Feedback 

  • *Maintain Customer TIS job instructions 

  • *Oversee Process improvement initiatives 

  • *Provide Container Audit Analysis process support 

  • *Oversee Container Audit Process improvement 

  • *Analyze Container Audit Process and Claims Process initiatives to support customer objective 

  • *Monitor and Maintain MSX Metrics for Expendable Claims and Container Audits 

  • *Attend weekly review with customer.  

  • *Attend customer meetings during core hrs as needed. 

  • *Provide additional support and back up for MSX Claims and Container Audit Teams as needed 

  • *Special Projects as requested

  • Highly Organized 

  • Good oral and written communication skills 

  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others 

  • Microsoft Excel – Intermediate 

  • Microsoft Access – Intermediate 

  • Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate 

  • Experience with GM Expendable Claims, Container Process Flow, GM DaCOR 

  • Working knowledge of returnable shipping containers and internal dunnage 




  • Associate or Bachelor Degree (preferred)
