What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:

Process all work segments to GM Standards and turnaround times
-
90% analysis complete to actual audits complete.
-
Analysis cycle time within 10 days of audit completion date.

Utilize GM Supplier Container Auditing process (Course#36659) and procedures
-
Complete the following work segments and update GM Surplus Log:
-
Process each MSX Container Audit to GM Process within 10 days of receipt
-
Update and Maintain GM Surplus Log Database with analysis complete
-
Monitor NLOC1120 & 3rd Party Shippers for follow up and completion
-
Assist supplier with questions
-
Provide CLIPS support as needed
-
Attend customer meetings during core hours
-
Complete the following work segments as assigned to you:
-
Process new incoming expendable claims received each morning

Print email
-
Print claims
-
Update claims log
-
Create folder and file
-
Download and print each day’s claim exception and variance reports corresponding to log. If number of claims exceeds ten, print additional claims exceeding ten on next business day

Provide Expendable team with additional claims support as needed
