What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:  

• Process all work segments to GM Standards and turnaround times 

• 90% analysis complete to actual audits complete. 

• Analysis cycle time within 10 days of audit completion date. 

• Utilize GM Supplier Container Auditing process (Course#36659) and procedures 

• Complete the following work segments and update GM Surplus Log: 

• Process each MSX Container Audit to GM Process within 10 days of receipt 

• Update and Maintain GM Surplus Log Database with analysis complete 

• Monitor NLOC1120 & 3rd Party Shippers for follow up and completion 

• Assist supplier with questions 

• Provide CLIPS support as needed 

• Attend customer meetings during core hours 

• Complete the following work segments as assigned to you: 

• Process new incoming expendable claims received each morning 

• Print email 

• Print claims 

• Update claims log 

• Create folder and file 

• Download and print each day’s claim exception and variance reports corresponding to log. If number of claims exceeds ten, print additional claims exceeding ten on next business day 

• Provide Expendable team with additional claims support as needed 

• Supplier mentor process
