MSX International is recruiting an HR Business Partner to join our organization and be part of our Support Functions. You will be based out of our Colchester office but be part of MSX global solutions.
The Role
Operating as an HR Business Partner, you will in collaboration with Support Functions management and key stakeholders ensure we bring in great talent, we grow and development key talent, proactively support performance improvements, growth of our people succession and growth of the teams and individuals.
As part of the role, you will need to:
- Ensure the proper Organization Design and Development
- Support Management in workforce planning and in competencies/capabilities mapping and development (technical competencies, knowledge mgt & community of practices)
- Support Management in the rollout of key HR processes in the organization
- Ensure the proper Compensation and Benefit implementation in the Support Functions
- Ensure the proper People Development are implemented in the Support Functions (talents’ programs, succession planning, career path, performance management)
- Key interface in between Business Units/Functions and all the other HR department and local markets
- Support cascading of objectives (OKRs) in the Functions
- Coach manager and drive change management
- Manage/monitor people costs in partnership with Finance
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great organizational and communication skills. Our ideal HR Business Partner has a high level of empathy, as well as:
- Minimum 5 year experience in HR generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of Business dynamics and Company transformation
- Experience in strategy change management in a multinational company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- Proven track record of positively influencing teams
- Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Full professional English is a must
