Title:  Content Developer

Currently, we are looking to fill the position of  CONTENT DEVELOPER 

What is the role is about?

The responsibility would include:

•Liaise with client's team to match needs and deliver the catered solution
•Design and develop training content which includes Instructor led, Virtual, Video, and 2D animation
•Understand the brief, and develop content to meet team requirements
•Map effort estimation basis the brief, populate a project plan, and track it on daily/weekly / monthly basis
•Work with internal process-driven systems with deliverable-wise timelines and clients quality expectations
•Develop training modules for upcoming products as per the team's requirement
•Develop training videos for upcoming and existing products as per the requirement
•Keep the current repository of content updated and available for use
•Take part in brainstorming discussions with the client team and lead the development as per expectations
•Actively monitor and work with the team closely to improve the quality of content
 

What are we looking for?
 

Education: Any degree

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

Skills: Editing generalist with proficiency in Adobe suite

Software Knowledge: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Articulate Storyline (optional)
