As an Automotive Business Coach you take care of program delivery and reporting program status update. You will support our client in strategy as well as coaching and training action plan implementation to create customer engagement.This means that you will interact with the assigned dealers’ network, handle daily staff, prepare and give presentations, and contribute to customer satisfaction
If you own are available to travel throughout Italy, you have experience in Automotive dealership management and you speak Italian and English fluently, then read on!
What will you be doing on a daily basis
- Utilize agreed methodology and practitioner guidelines to deliver high-quality coaching;
- Analyze retailer customer satisfaction, business performance, process and personnel with the objective of identifying strengths and opportunities to improve;
- Motivate and facilitate the implementation of the action plan and the development of a continuous improvement mid-set within the retailer team with the main objective of improving customer satisfaction;
- Coach retailer personnel on how to improve customer handling process and attitude.
Who are you:
- Approx. 5 years of experience in the Automotive business segment at dealership management level;
- Deep knowledge of dealer’s sales and after sales processes, including purchasing applications with strong attitude in customer satisfaction’s improvement;
- In-depth knowledge of Trade Cycle Management / Private Contract Purchase (TCM / PCP) system is required;
- Fluency in Italian and in English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Analytical approach;
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
- Ability to work independently and in team;
- Master or Bachelor degree is considered a plus;
- Certified coach by an industry recognized body will be a plus.
Working pattern:
Field based job throughout Italy;
40 hours per week.
