MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team in Rome.

The Role

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

  • Answering customers inquires 
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
  • Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

 

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Call Center Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as: 

 

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
