Title:  Warranty Assessor Trainee

As a Warranty Assessor Trainee with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to build brand loyalty and increase customer retention for our customer, a Global Automotive Manufacturer with dealers all around the globe. We are looking for university students who are interested stepping into the ever-changing automotive world and who are eager to try themselves out on aftersales.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day warranty claims according to KPIs
• Verify warranty policies and procedures application
• Check the integrity and correctness of claims
• Self-assessment on managed cases
• Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis
• Communicate with Dealers and Customers (mainly in writing)

Your Profile:

• You are interested or have some experience in the automotive industry and/or automotive technology
• You are fluent in English and Portuguese
• You have strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• You have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/ reliable
• You have an active university student status in Hungary (preferably in the field of engineering)

Working Pattern:

• Flexible working hours - At least 20-25 hours per week
• Regular home office
