As a Trainer, you will oversee studying, collecting and developing training material and contents for the Customer Service Agents. You will also have the responsibility to assess personnel capabilities and competences to best fit their individual development plan.

Your responsibilities
 

  • Plan weekly activities around the team preparing detailed scheduling of the resources
  • Be in touch with management to identify training needs and requirements 
  • Evaluate program outcomes and development strategies for continuous improvement
  • Create and adapt programs and trainings for the team in order to improve soft and communication skills, process and product knowledge, systems and service attitude
  • Prepare, upgrade and archive all documents, templates and reports as required

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have advanced knowledge on Customer handling and Customer care procedures
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in this area
  • You have excellent Enlglish skills
  • You have a good knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have a focus on improvement and simplification
  • You have good interpersonal, communication and stress management skills
  • You have logical thinking to break complex problems into their components
  • You are flexible, and able to adapt to changing environment and priorities
