As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be the representative of our Client, one of the major car manufacturers. You will support independent operators in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, provide technical analysis and support project managers within the team. We are looking for a background in the automotive sector within a technical environment with good customer service skills.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and technical instruction to Independent Operators to enable them to diagnose and repair vehicles. Provide Technical input on Customer Service cases to allow them to make informed decisions
  • Record data as required into a computer system, provide vehicle and concern details if and when required about any particular case.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of quality and answer rate
  • Participate in training / product information exchange
  • Liaise with the national sales comapanies, technical centers, agents and dealership networks
  • Being part of new projects, such as Customer Loyalty Programme


Your Profile

  • You have automotive experience, ideally in a dealership or workshop
  • To have customer facing experience would be an advantage
  • You are confident in technical concern resolution
  • You are fluent in English and Hungarian / Polish
  • You have excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • You have adaptable and flexible approach, and you are able to work independently
  • You are computer literate
