Our Exciting Opportunity:
By actively partnering with our global, regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Talent Acquisition Process on multiple markets, improving the effectiveness of the selection while contributing to the company's growth. You will also be the first point of contact for your team members to ensure their professional development and success.


In this role You will:

  • Manage, develop, train and coach a team of 8-10 recruiters who are supporting different markets in Europe 
  • Dive deep into the exciting world of automotive services to understand recruitment trends and forecasts
  • Be in charge of the team's success and ensure communication flow between hiring managers, recruiters, management
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the talent acquisition process and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
  • Meet key metrics. These may include timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone, error-rate, and/or others.

 

In your first 90-days you will:

  • Receive training on talent attraction & acquisition processes within MSX

 

As Our ideal candidate, You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), any other European language is a great advantage
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function
  • 2 years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills: training, motivating employees to increase productivity and promote professional growth
  • Project management, prioritization, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Results oriented: ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
  • Process driven mindset: you believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving.
  • Experience in ATS systems. (Success Factors or SmartRecruiter would be advantageous)
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes. 
  • EU citizenship / permanent residence in Hungary
