We are currently looking for a Project Lead & Transformation Manager to join our team in Budapest!

As Project Lead & Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for building up a new project for a prestigious EV Automotive brand. Your team will be the unique point of contact of the European dealers in all the After Sales Processes:

  • Technical support
  • Warranty & Integrated service packages assessing
  • Diagnostic tool support
  • Systems & Processes support
  • Warranty Parts inspection

Working together with MSX functions (finance, HR, BPO team, etc.), you will be responsible for the preparation and the implementation of the project.


You will be mainly focusing on:
 

Preparation

  • Creating detailed set-up planning
  • Operational Processes creation, translating requirements into actions
  • Setting up HR requirements and plan
  • Risk management
  • Stakeholder communication management

 

Implementation

  • Systems implementation and alignment
  • Onboarding FTEs
  • Procedures and processes set-up
  • Trainings 
  • Define reporting and reporting structures
  • Define internal / detailed escalation process
  • Define related KPIs, including Sub-KPIs 

 

Ramp up / go live

  • Platform people management
  • Manage service delivery, including claim management, Technical support, diagnose Support, process & system support, and warranty Parts handling  
  • Resource engagement 
  • Volume / Resources adaptation over time 
  • Changing from “project mode” to operational 
  • Financials management

 
Continuous Improvement 

  • Feedback management 
  • Retailers satisfaction management
  • Workflow optimization 
  • Project sustainability, self learning organisation 
  • Identify further scalability and business extension opportunities


What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Extensive experience in automotive aftersales 
  • Experience in Technical support, Warranty Management, Parts Inspection
  • Work Experience with Head Quarters
  • Experience in developing processes from scratch 
  • Experience with the implementation of IT systems is an advantage
  • Strong Project Management experience, preferably with different OEMs
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience in LEAN is desirable
  • Business acumen, understand visible and hidden constrains
  • Client management, support to develop the internal project plan
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, organization and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate with people on different levels
  • High level of commitment
  • Fluency in English and another European language, preferably German
