Title:  Customer Service Team Leader - Polish Team

Currently we are looking for a Polish speaking Team Leader to guide our growing Polish team in supporting one of our biggest client. As team leader you will lead and coordinate the Polish customer service team in order to achieve the targets.



Your responsibities:


  • Define feasible solution to meet expected customer results, related global / internal KPIs and metrics.
  • Contribute to team achievements and targets.
  • Constantly improve process workflow efficiency and quality
  • Help the team to find always the best way to reach customer’s expectations.
  • Guarantee delivery of best customer support as detailed and published in the project guidelines.
  • Guarantee usage of MSXI business knowledge methodology and guidelines to deliver a high-quality business service.
  • Put in place all corrective and preventive actions to ensure the achievement of project objectives


Your profile


  • You have experience in Customer Service as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • You have very strong communication and conflict management skills
  • You have a great vision how to handle a growing team
  • You are interest in automotive industry is a great advantage
  • You speak fluently English and preferably Polish as well 
  • You are available to start in early 2022
