The Role

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that support the business's growth and development. This role focuses on aligning workforce objectives with company goals, driving HR initiatives that add value to MSX, and maximizing the potential of existing and future talent.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive and support alignment of all HR processes, policies, and procedures with global teams and the business.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and the wider business to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to meet legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and by promoting sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee internal communication in the market to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and contribute to development planning for critical skills and future business leaders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Act as the first point of contact in legal cases and provide mandatory official documents to local authorities upon request.
  • Ensure compliance across processes and documentation in line with local regulations.
  • Manage audits and official checkups conducted by local authorities.
  • Oversee payroll processes across CEE countries and manage immigration services and relocation processes in Hungary.
  • Work collaboratively with the global team and other People Operations Managers on regional and global initiatives.
  • Utilize HR metrics effectively to address people priorities, challenges, and resource management.
  • Ensure operational aspects of HR run smoothly, cost-efficiently, and effectively.

 

 

About you

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or relevant field.

Experience:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role such as People Operations Manager, HR Generalist etc.

Competencies/ Other skills:

 

  • Solid knowledge of Labour Code and local regulations within the supported countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland).
  • Experience in Talent Attraction, Retention, Employee Relations, workforce planning, employee engagement, payroll, people development and people leadership.
  • Conflict Management experience.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
  • Experience working in a multinational company, with matrix reporting structure and multiple stakeholders management at senior level.
  • Commercial mindset, business acumen and a people centric approach.
  • Resilience, responsivity, empathy.
  • Experience with HRIS (preferably SAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

Languages:

 

  • Full professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English.
