As an Advisor, you will be the contact point for customers who want to solve a situation or just ask a question related to their experience with one of the leading car manufacturers. You will be the representative of the brand, facing customer requests and handling the cases up to the solution in order to reach high customer satisfaction.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests through various channels and different platforms.
  • Understand and investigates root causes of customer inquiries.
  • Record all customer contact in order to track the activities.
  • Define feasible solutions to meet expected customer results, and related global and internal KPIs and metrics.
  • Constantly improve process workflow efficiency and quality

 

Your Profile:

  • You have experience in Customer Care or related client-facing role
  • You are interested in the automotive industry (to have automotive support experience is a benefit).
  • You are fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Willing to relocate if needed (if you live outside Hungary)
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion attitude.
  • You have logical thinking to break complex problems into their components.
  • You are flexible, and able to adapt to changing environment and priorities.

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
