The Role

As an ’Automotive Support Specialist’ you will have the possibility to support a premium German car brand with their day to day warranty issues, building brand recognition and loyalty. During your job you will acquire unique knowledge of the inner workings of the newest models on the market.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day warranty claims according to KPIs;
  • Verify warranty policies and procedures application;
  • Check the integrity and correctness of claims;
  • Self-assessment on managed cases;
  • Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis
  • Communicate with Dealers and Customers (mainly in writing)

 

In your first 90-days you will:

  • Meet everyone in our team
  • Attend our corporate induction
  • Be introduced to our Purpose, Vision and Mission
  • Learn our Values and Behaviours and embed them into your role
  • Be set goals and objectives aligned to the MSX strategy
  • Receive full training on warranty claims, and establish the differences between brands, policies and countries, with a view to take full accountability of warranty claims as soon as possible

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a particular interest in everything automotive, has experience in the areas of the industry, or in customer support roles. Our ideal candidate will have good computer skills, good understanding of vehicle mechanics as well as:

  • Fluency in English and German language 
  • Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/ reliable.
  • Experience working in automotive after sales processes would be an advantage, particularly if you have worked at an automotive Retailer or Dealer.

Working Pattern:

  • 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8.30 to 17.00 pm.
