Automotive Support Engineer with Spanish 

Do you have strong communication skills and the focus needed to succeed in the competitive automotive industry?

 

As an Automotive Support Engineering with the MSX Global group, you will have the opportunity to build brand loyalty and increase customer retention for our customer, a Global Automotive Manufacturer with dealers throughout central and Eastern Europe.

 

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and will be fluent in both Spanish and English. It’s likely that you have experience working in automotive aftersales, although full technical training will be provided to candidates with a clear solutions mindset.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day warranty claims according to KPIs

• Verify warranty policies and procedures application

• Check the integrity and correctness of claims

• Self-assessment on managed cases

• Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis

• Communicate with Dealers and Customers (mainly in writing)

 

Your Profile:

You are interested in the automotive industry and/or automotive technology

• You have engineering degree (higher education or university)

• Experience working in automotive after sales processes, workshop activities or Technical Automotive activities.

• You are fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

• You have strong communication, organizational and time-management skills

• You have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/ reliable

 

 

Working Pattern:

• 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8.30 to 17.00 pm

• Flexible working and international environment, including work from home day

• Modern office situated in Budapest
