The Role

Description automatically generatedWe are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Automotive Remarketing Project Manager to join our team and oversee data processing activities related to our European used car programs. You will support the customer’s used car programs by managing data processing activities and supervising your team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

As part of the role, the Data Processing Team Lead will:

    • Active participation in a new web-based platform implementation for a major car manufacturer, Certified Pre-owned Program. CPO
    • Conduct research, create presentations, and design trackers.
    • Support yearly audits and coordinate with stakeholders during meetings.
    • Manage and coordinate Data Processing Agents, while also handling ad-hoc project tasks.

    • Upload and maintain price lists, ensuring control files are up to date.
    • Liaise with the IT team for system support and updates.
    • Manage reporting, including report design and KPI reviews, to support informed decision-making with Remarketing Managers.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to facilitate website updates.
    • Test updates in lower environments to ensure functionality.

 

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data management, preferably within automotive retail.
  • Knowledge of vehicle retail processes, remarketing and data management practices.
  • Project management related experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.


 

 Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese) are a significant advantage.
  • Proactive approach with assertive communication and teamworking skills.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proficient in PC software (Excel, project management software; SAP is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, think strategically, and plan ahead.

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week
  • Indefinite contract
  • Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid work (2-3 working from home days per week after training period) in our Budapest office
