We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Brussels!


As Operations Manager, you will be running the operations in Belgium & Luxembourg. Your aim will be to achieve business objectives, both financially & qualitative, by managing, creating, developing and implementing (new) business opportunities. You will ensure MSX Business Excellence is monitored and lead new initiatives to pro-actively improve the organization on Quality Management.


You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Monitor business performance and identify improvement actions required.
  • Monitor qualitative & quantitative objectives, carrying out ongoing customer reviews to ensure customer requirements are well understood and services delivery exceeds expectations. 
  • Lead, coach and motivate the teams linked to office based and field projects.
  • Take a pro-active approach in all quality processes. 
  • Identify business opportunities (new or organic), act on these and propose relevant MSX solutions.
  • Manage proposals and assure MSX remains “Partner of Choice” for our customers.
  • Continually investigate competition and inform related stakeholders to influence future products and strategies.
  • Ensure financial forecast is submitted accurately and on time.

 

What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management 
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Fluent Dutch/Flemish in writing and speaking
  • Good written and verbal language skills in English and French
  • Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Commercial and strategic mindset
  • Analytical thinking
