Title:  Automotive Customer Support Specialist

As Automotive Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for end customers, answering their questions and concerns.



Day to day acitivity will include

  • Driver interviews
  • Initiate workorders to the workshop
  • Order spare parts
  • Order pick up and delivery
  • Order replacement cars
  • Act as a technical liaison


Characteristics for succeeding

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Technical / Automotive knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch or French
