Title:  Warranty Claims Coordinator


Bracknell, BRC, GB, RG12 1HL

MSXI UK is growing! As a result, we are now looking for a Warranty Claims Coordinator. The successful candidate will work as part of the Honda Warranty Team in Bracknell. Assisting the UK Dealer networks by supporting, assessing and validating warranty/goodwill claims from Automobile, Motorcycle and Power Equipment dealers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate to join us in our partnership with this innovative vehicle manufacturer. Working in the Honda Europe office, you will need to be professional and presentable and enjoy working as part of a team.


In this role you will: 

  • Identify claims that have failed the auto process system, determine the correct treatment and process accordingly.
  • Make decisions to return or reject claims giving appropriate clear reasons to dealers.
  • Communicate with Dealer Technical Support, customer relations for Car, Motorcycle and Power Equipment businesses.
  • Validate all goodwill claims from dealers against the published goodwill matrix.
  • Examine product addition requests to make sure that entitlement to the European Warranty is valid, make decisions to accept or reject as appropriate.
  • Examine Special Permission requests for paint claims, assess fault and examine digital images to determine likely root cause of paintwork problem.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of service repair bulletins affecting warranty for Car, Motorcycle and Power Equipment products.
  • Assist the dealer networks on any warranty queries and help guide them through the process of submitting warranty claims.

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Understanding of warranty procedure and processes
  • Excellent administration and commercial skills - detail and deadline-oriented.
  • Confident, outgoing, cheerful team member able to seek and give help
  • Excellent customer service skills especially by telephone
  • Computer literate with an interest in systems and in enhancing procedures
  • Knowledge of Dealerships and how they work an advantage
  • Reasonable technical awareness an advantage, (component location and terminology)
  • Although we welcome applications from all candidates who meet the highlighted specification, a Dealer Franchise or OEM warranty background with demonstrable warranty operations experience would be an advantage.


Working pattern and location:

  • Permanent, full-time (Monday – Friday) and prepared to work flexibly when needed
  • Based within our Client’s head office in Bracknell, Berkshire

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum
