 Retail Talent Management - HR

Service Deliverables:

 

Dealer Retail Organization Structure and Retail HR KPI Steering:

  • Responsible for retail organization structure : Role will be responsible for supporting designing, reviewing, and implementing organization structure of retail network. Supporting the designing, implementation and execution of Retail HR KPI targets for retail network. This includes Retail HR Incentive Programs, Structural Stimulus Bonus, Dealer Balance Score Card and KPI Bonus.
  • Supporting in adaptation and implementing job description as per market need for each role as per retail organization structure.  
  • Communicating job descriptions tor retail manpower on demand or in case of any change in job descriptions.
  • Manpower Planning and Reporting

 
Upkeep of Manpower Management Tool (MMT) with uploading targets, defining and leading system developments and upgrades. 

  • Co-ordination with IT Team for updating / changes in the Manpower Management Tool.  
  • Regularly uploading manpower targets in tool and communicating manpower availability reports to responsible colleagues on agreed frequencies.  
  • Review of Dealer Manpower and preparation of Manpower Parameters Reports (Availability and Staff Turnover) on monthly basis. 

 

Employee Ramp-up

  • Track and monitor completion rate effectivity for role specific induction program – retail network. 
  • Appreciation & Recognition – Designing and implementation of employee motivation and retention measures in marketing. 
  • Leading Retail HR Manager forum to improve Retail HR practices in business and motivate retail network to share best practices and support retail network to implement best practices. 

Awards data management and execution along with the Dealer & Vendor coordination for the Retail HR events. Below are current events and role will be responsible to upgrade or devise new programs -   
o Long Service Awards program implementations in market.
o Awards ceremony. 
o Retail HR meetings and conferences. 
o Trophies and Certificate distribution. 
o Pinnacle Awards at all dealerships. 

 

Performance Management

  • Responsible for calculating and analysing Sales consultant productivity showcasing the performance trend in the dealership. 
  • Identify low performing Sales consultants and prepare individual Sales Consultant Performance Evaluation sheets on Bi-annual basis.  
  • Support Retail HR Manager in roll out of Annual Appraisal for key roles at dealerships including performance management sheets, standardize KRAs and KPIs for various job roles. 

 

Responsible for Retail HR and training KPI’s:

  • Responsible for monitoring focus topic parameters in Tableau.
  • Dealer Dashboard set up and implantation in market.
  • Responsible to monitor data accuracy in different reporting system and lead changes if there are gaps. 
  • Reports extraction and management.  
  • Overall Tableau Coordination 

 

Support in Training:           

  • Responsible for Training Cross-charges quarterly reporting to Finance team. 
  • System support regarding ITSM Tickets and Business support with AG Team 
  • Creating digital nuggets - WBTs and E Learning packages. 
  • Coordinating with vendors for WBT development for local focus topics.
  • Coordination with central team and Trainers for Training parameters.
  • Data Management of Training / User data.

 

Digitization:

  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT – Digital topics for Training Centre Retail HR systems. 
  • Managing and steering Change Requests for system topics. 

 

Reporting 2.0:

  • Manpower Availability (Structural Stimulus)  
  • Productivity Report 
  • Staff turnover/NHRR reports  
  • PRC 
  • Data Quality – TMSi & MMT Productivity 
  • Certification Reports 
  • Focus topics reporting. 
  • Retail HR KPI reporting. 

 

Project based tasks - New projects to be defined and implemented with change in business needs.   Currently we have below projects and new projects to be planned in future.

  • Support dealer HR Managers in successful implementation of Retail HR modules with regular follow ups and monitor the progress of all Retail HR Initiatives.  
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for all dealer HR managers for any kind of support required within the scope of Retail HR. 
  • Virtual Ops - Quarterly connect with HR Managers on Retail HR Topics. 
  • Support in the Execution of Annual Retail HR Workshop. 
  • Support Retail HR manager in implementation of a competency-based recruitment model for hiring and selection at the dealer network. 
  • Candidate to support special projects, events and additional task provided by management. 

 

Qualification and Work Experience:

 

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 4 – 5 years of work experience and profound knowledge in areas of Recruitment, Performance Management etc.  
  • Candidates with experience in retail automotive preferred.
