• Improve Productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) & outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE)
• Availability of Customer Care Executive & competency building
• Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post Sales Feedback (PSF) Adherence
• Process & Standard Adherence

Requirement

• Candidates with experience in 2W dealership/Agency is required. However, having exposure of 4W and open to move to 2W segment can also be considered.
• This role has a traveling on 20 -22 days month across the region.
• Regional language is mandatory
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
