MSX IBERIA is growing! As a result, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our great team in Barcelona.

The main objective of our Project Manager is the management and coordination of one of our automotive training projects in collaboration with an important educational institution in Barcelona.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out the creation, design and management of the new project / training plan of our client
• Design the portfolio and training curriculum for companies in the automotive sector (The training curriculum must include all areas of a factory: business, marketing, product, technique, skills, etc.
• Find trainers for F2F and Online sessions, who already know the world of training
• Be at the forefront of trends related to the world of mobility and, especially, in sustainable mobility
• Capture training needs and incorporate them into the training plan

Requirements:

• You are bilingual in Catalan/Spanish and with an advanced level of English
• You have worked a minimum of 5 years in project management/coordination
• You have advanced knowledge of the training area in the automotive sector (factory, Tier 1 and Tier2 companies, sustainable mobility)
• You have an advanced knowledge of the Office Pack and you know training tools
• You consider yourself an analytical person, with commercial skills, good oral and written communication, organized and autonomous
