The Role

The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to OEM projects. The focus is on transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform decision-making processes and drive performance improvements. This includes identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization to meet the company’s business objectives, quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Providing high-quality dashboards and data-driven insights for business optimization. Generate comprehensive reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI, focusing on key performance metrics. Identifying critical areas for improvement, risks, and opportunities by analyzing data and developing scenario-based strategies for proactive decision-making.
  • Applying a consistent and standardized methodology to all data analytics activities, ensuring that outputs are both accurate and actionable.
  • Proactively addressing any issues affecting the quality or timeliness of data analysis, implementing both corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
  • Sharing insights and best practices with relevant teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

 

About you

Our ideal Data Analyst will be an excellent communicator with an analytical mindset as well as an exceptional attention to detail.

 

 

To be successful in this role the Data Analyst will have:

 

  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a logical approach to complex issues.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in data management systems (DMS), data mining, ETL processes, and automated reporting systems.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills; familiarity with mathematical models and performance monitoring
  • Experience with automation tools (RPA) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in data analysis.

 

The ideal candidate must be a native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
