At MSX IBERIA, we are looking for an Administrative/Logistics Support Specialist. automotive registration


The main objective of our specialist is to ensure the efficient enrollment of electric motorcycles in accordance with international regulations, coordinating the necessary administrative, logistical, and licensing processes.

Functions and responsibilities: 

 

  • Preparation, review, and submission of the necessary documentation for the registration of electric motorcycles in different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Provide support to sales teams, subsidiaries, and distributors in different countries to ensure that registrations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate with material suppliers for the creation of license plates, ensuring quality, delivery times, and optimal costs.

  • Supervise the inventory of materials and resources needed for the production of licenses, ensuring that there is always enough stock to meet demand.

  • Collaborate with the production team to schedule and prioritize the manufacturing of license plates according to demand and delivery deadlines.

  • Manage the application and renewal of licenses and permits necessary for the registration of electric vehicles in different jurisdictions.

  • Maintain contact and coordinate with local authorities and government agencies to expedite enrollment processes and ensure legal compliance.

  • Update and maintain internal databases with information on registrations made, including details of vehicles, clients, and the status of applications.

  • Organize and supervise the shipment of license plates and documentation to different countries, ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition.

  • Work closely with sales, production, logistics, and administration teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated management of the enrollment process.

We are looking for you if:

 

  • Advanced level of English. (C1)
  • Availability to work in person in Barcelona (hybrid work system 50/50)
  • Experience in administrative management and logistics (Preferably in the automotive sector or in vehicle registration)
  • Knowledge of international regulations. Familiarity with regulations and enrollment processes in different countries.
  • Coordination and organization skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate teams and resources efficiently.
  • Competence in office tools and management systems. Mastery of administrative and logistical software, such as ERP and databases.
