Your job is:
The Outbound Representative will recommend and enroll independent repair shops and dealerships in a lead program designed by an industry-recognized white label Roadside Assistance provider. The program provides repair shops with high value repair leads through the Roadside Assistance vehicle towing process. You will quickly provide answers and consult on the business benefits of the program and resolve issues for existing and potential enrollees. You will be reaching out to both targeted and to-be-determined business leads via phone and email. You will be responsible for completing the enrollment process from end to end and will carry a weekly sales target.

 

During a typical day, you will:

  • Achieve assigned enrollment quotas through your high close rate.
  • Provide professional customer service for outbound calls from lists of automotive dealers and repair shops provided by our client. 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the program and other similar programs in the market. 
  • Recommend the program, describe the benefits, and close out the enrollment process.
  • Effectively handle calls from existing customers with our client’s support.
  • Determine who the decision maker is in each location and contact that person either on the first or follow up calls.
  • Meet or exceed your minimum daily outbound contact target for both first and subsequent calls.

You have these qualities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales - selling a product or a service.
  • 6 months or more of Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to achieve targets and close sales.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to ask probing questions to determine who the decision maker is and his or her availability to enter a discussion on the program.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable in voice and digital channels.
  • Passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale.
  • Ability to handle objections and rebuttals while quickly adjusting to customer concerns. 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
