Automotive Technical Agent

At MSX IBERIA  we are looking for a Automotive Technical Agent to join our great team in Lisbon.

The main objective of our future collaborator is to to ensure accurate assessment and verification of dealer information and customer claims, while providing support, guidance, and training to maintain repair quality and cost efficiency within company guidelines.

The functions you will perform in your day-to-day life are as follows:

• Check the compulsory dealer information for completeness, particularly ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts.
• Verify coding such as labor position numbers, material units, labor times, etc., based on repair manuals and review default labor times for accuracy and consistency with submitted damage photos and data.
• Assess customer claims following company policies based on descriptions or digital images provided.
• Review claims and reduce claimed repair costs as necessary within company guidelines.
• Assist in the selection of repair methods upon dealer request in accordance with specified processes.
• Provide support and training to dealers and internal departments to ensure a proper understanding of processes and procedur

Lisbon-Portugal

We're looking for you if:

• You have a medium English level (B1-B2).
• You have a high level of proficiency in Portuguese (C2 - native).
• Hybrid work system, availability to work in Lisbon
• Experience in automotive technical support, claims assessment, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of repair manuals, labor times, and coding systems used in automotive repair processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail when reviewing technical information and claims data.
