Are you our new Customer Service Advisor?

You will be responsible to develop sales opportunities, retaining the final customers and supporting them in order to carry out the sale of products and services, maintaining a professional relationship as well as providing information on the characteristics of the entire range of products and services themselves.

You will therefore focus their teleselling activities in processing and manage all the leads generated by different commercial channels, mainly digital, recontacting the customers in order to agree on an appointment at the dealership where the sales staff can complete the sales process.

 

How will your job look like :

  • Retain and support the final customer;
  • Guarantee the achievement of the sales objectives assigned;
  • Implement commercial policies through specific remote commercial prospecting activities;
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through telemarketing and telesales activities;
  • Provide information via telephone on available products and active marketing campaigns, increasing network loyalty;
  • Support the Sales Area within the Dealer;
  • Provide data and information on the progress of the activity at the level of the individual operator / channel followed;
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and share best practices with other project resources as well.
  • Interface with the automotive house and dealers, guaranteeing constant and accurate updating;

 

Who are you?

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Advisor has a High School Diploma or Degree, as well as :

 

  • High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
  • Italian proficiency ;
  • Fluent English  (German knowledge is a great plus);
  • Previous experience in the marketing, business and/or customer care departments of multinational corporations is an assett

Office based in Marghera (VE)
