Automotive Aftersales Field Consultant

Are you an Automotive expert with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Aftersales processes? Do you enjoy being on the roads, managing dealerships? Would you like to be part of a renowned Automotive company, applying your professional skills and experience? Then we might be looking for you!

As an Aftersales Field Consultant you will monitor and provide solutions for Aftersales services . You will be responsible for carrying out the program at the dealer and contributes to the achievement of the general project objectives.

What will you be doing on a daily basis

•  Achieve the assigned goals encouraging the growth of the business and service of the dealers assigned;
• Analyze and examine the current organization chart, services processes and dealership’s offer to the end customer;
• Coach dealership for the continuous improvement of service processes;
• Highlight process gaps and develop a corrective action plan for realignment to processes in order to increase profitability and Customer Satisfaction;
• Collaborate and be the reference point of National Sales Company's field force, and with the dealership network team to share every action, process and decision implemented;
• Critically analyze data on the performance indicators of the dealerships in the assigned area;
• Identify new business opportunities.

Who are you?

• Approx. 3 to 5 years of experience in Aftersales Automotive processes at the dealership;
• Stakeholders management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels (National Sales Company, dealership’s team and staff);
• Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS);
• Analiytical, result and customer oriented approach;
• Fluency in Italian is a must and English knowledge is appreciated;
• Ability to work independently and in team;
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Experience gained in Industrial/Truck sector is a plus;
• Bachelor's Degree (Economics/Engineering) is considered a plus.

Working Pattern:

Field in the assigned area throughout Italy;

40 hours per week.
