MSX International is currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to work with a luxury vehicle brand to monitor technical cases and Warranty claims trends.

The Role

Day to day, the Reporting Analyst will deliver metrics from various data sources and systems to identify trends The Reporting Analyst will create quality improvement reports to expedite customer repair solutions, thus increasing customer satisfaction and reducing warranty repair costs.

 

As part of this role the Reporting Analyst will:

 

  • present reports, analysis, and improvement recommendations to Senior Management
  • collaborate with and support other departmental teams in improving business practices and processes
  • collate PUMA case reporting to internal support teams
  • support engineering with improvement reports
  • identify trends within data sets
  • forecast predications on failure rates and costs
  • provide information to the Technical and Warranty teams on KPIs to improve fix implementation

 

About you

This is an ideal role for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys delivering data and insight reporting.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in collating, analysing and reporting data, with a passion for reporting on metrics and business information from various data sources on time and to a high standard.

 

To be considered for this role, the Reporting Analyst will have:

 

  • previous experience within an OEM Automotive Aftersales environment (preferable)
  • knowledge of Dealer Systems (DMS)
  • the ability to interpret data and produce reports
  • excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Excel and Access
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
