MSX International has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator who would like to work in a fast paced automotive learning and development setting.

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration to facilitate performance of a client Academy.

 

The Role

The Project Administrator will provide a high level of detailed administrative support as part of the central Academy Operations team. Ensuring that all activities are delivered to the expected quality and timelines. As part of this role the Project Administrator will:

 

  • work with the Project Co-ordinator to ensure all administrative duties are complete
  • provide support to the Dealer Network teams on training related matters
  • answer the Academy telephone helpline and respond to Dealer Network queries via email
  • carry out core course and eLearning phone / email promotional activity
  • administrate all core training including course set up, input and maintenance of course information on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • run daily training reports for bookings, completed courses, and candidates who are outstanding training, using Excel
  • run daily user data reports using Excel
  • record attendance and cancellations
  • maintain Certification data and reporting as set by the Service Level Agreement

 

About you

This role would suit an experienced and enthusiastic administrator with energy, enthusiasm, and excellent attention to detail.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Excel skills [inc. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Cross-Tab Reports] (desirable)
  • Competency using Microsoft Teams, Google suite
  • Excellent communication skills
