MSX International is looking for a Program Development Specialist with expertise and experience in the collision repair industry and/or wholesale parts sector. The successful applicant will be directly involved in key projects on behalf of our clients that can include the full scope of project research, design and implementation.
The Role
In this remote role, the Program Development Specialist will be responsible for hands-on delivery of projects in the collision repair and/or wholesale parts sectors. Ability to encompass a variety of projects is a must, alongside the flexibility to work on multi projects at the same time.
In this role, the Program Development Specialist will:
- Be responsible for hands-on project fulfilment and management
- Have direct contact with OEM clients, building rapport
- Research & design solutions to meet client needs
- Be responsible for Process design and implementation
- Be responsible for Cross-function co-ordination
- Design and deliver presentation material
- Analyse key data
- Coach and/or train key stakeholders
- Conduct meetings and workshops
- Provide accurate and timely reporting for management
- Deliver key information and reports to stakeholders
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great expertise and experience in collision and/or wholesale parts. With efficient multi-tasking, time management skills and excellent attention to detail, our ideal Program Development Specialist will:
- Have an expert background in either:
- Collision repair industry, with comprehensive and current experience covering all aspects of this field, end-to-end from Bodyshop to Insurance Company, Accident Management, Fleet, etc.
- Wholesale Parts, with comprehensive and current experience covering all aspects of this field, end-to-end from OEM and Independent Wholesalers to Independent Aftermarket, Fleet, etc.
- It would be an advantage to also have a good understanding or experience in the secondary area of the above aftersales sectors.
- Have excellent project management skills
- Have experience in researching best-practice and other key data
- Be able to manage complex tasks, bringing research and analysis together
- Have excellent presentation skills in a variety of formats; Meetings, Workshops, On-line, Off-line, etc.
- Be able to design and implement processes to meet project requirements
- Have good training / coaching skills
- Be able to work towards strict deadlines
