The Operational and Channel Coordinator will be part of the Ford Vehicle Personalization team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage cross-functional activities among different groups to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:
- Help implement and maintain processes and systems to improve operational and channel efficiency.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to team members and leadership.
- Act as a point of contact for team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Produce, review & analyze reporting that is essential to measuring performance.

- Assist with Meetings
- Incentive Programs
- Ford Dealer Installed Options
- Accessory Display Team / Program
- Warehouse Distributors Incentive Programs
- Assist Marketing Team with the Launch of the Accessory Display Program
- Support and Launch Market Accessory Sales Events
What you bring
- 3+ years’ experience in an operational, channel/pipeline management, or equivalent roles
- Automotive accessory experience preferred e.g., Dealer, OEM, and or aftermarket
- Project Management Preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising including marketing, and analytics.
- Highly analytical and data-driven (intermediate computer skills) – using large data sets in excel - create pivot tables, synthesize data, VLOOKUPs,
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced change driven by growth and client needs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Facilitation Skills
- Understands Emotional Intelligence
- Proficient with the 2021 Microsoft Suite/Office365 (XLS, Visio, PPT, Word)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Owns accountability for Ford Vehicle Personalization and accessory performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
- Strong influence, negotiation, analytical, and passionate about operational/channel excellence eager to share this passion with others.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time to meet set deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required.
