Day to Day Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help train, motivate, and provide guidance for the Mobile Service Specialist working with retail dealerships 
  • Responsible for the markets execution of all Ford Mobile Service program elements
  • Work with other Ford field personnel in their assigned area to increase utilization and profitability of dealer mobile service vehicles 
  • Help demonstrate value and benefit of the Mobile Service Program to new and existing dealers
  • Understand and demonstrate all aspects of mobile service including excellent on-site customer service, location assessment for safety and functionality, requesting, receiving payments, technician best practices and route optimization
  • Work side by side with other MSX field teams and the Dealership Service increase efficiency and profitability of the Mobile Service Program
  • Provide the needed coaching & counseling with assigned Mobile Service Specialists   

 

What you bring: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Act as a change agent for the Ford Mobile Service program 
  • Strong history of handling complex situations, modeling flexibility, remaining professional when challenged with adversity
  • Solid understanding of automotive dealership operations, with a focus on service / mobile service
  • Must be able to effectively train personnel on new ideas and concepts and how to execute them effectively and efficiently 
  • Be comfortable with technology, including various mobile devices (payments, tracking, reporting) 
  • 3+ years working in automotive service with focus on customer experience  
  • Previous management and training experience with a remote workforce
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask within multiple assigned responsibilities
