At MSX IBERIA  we are looking for a Senior Technical Support (automotive industry) to join our great team in Madrid.

 

The main objective of our future collaborator is to ensure that customers receive prompt and effective assistance while contributing to the overall improvement of products and services.

The functions you will perform in your day-to-day life are as follows:

 

  • Provide advanced technical assistance to dealerships, and service centers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in vehicles, automotive systems, and components.
  • Analyze technical data and utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

We're looking for you if:

 

  • You have a medium-high English level (B2-C1).
  • You have a high level of proficiency in Portuguese (professional competence).
  • Native Spanish language.
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Support (automotive industry) Or similar experiences ( Automotive technical trainer / Master technician / Flying doctor)
  • Mechanical engineering degree highly valued
  • You consider yourself a person with excellent communication skills, analytical and organizational skills.
